How Richwise protects your account and your financial data.
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Bank connection keys are stored encrypted and are never shown to anyone, including our staff.
Read-only bank access
Bank connections run through a trusted connection partner. Richwise never sees or stores your bank password, and the access it receives is read-only: it can never move money.
Your household only
Every record is locked to your household by rules enforced inside the database, not just in the app. Even our admin tools are built so staff cannot see your balances, transactions, documents or level.
Private documents
Files in your Vault are stored privately and opened only through short-lived, signed links.
Responsible AI
When you use AI features, only the information needed for that answer is shared, and it is not used to train outside models.
