Everything you add to Richwise is visible to you in the app, and you can edit or remove it at any time.
Download your data
Request a copy of your data from Privacy in Settings.
Delete your account
Ask for deletion from Privacy in Settings. We check shared household records first, and you can cancel before it is complete.
Emails
Unsubscribe from tips and reminders in one click. Important account emails, such as payment notices, will still arrive.
Your rights
We respect PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 in Canada, and privacy laws such as the CCPA in the United States. Contact us with any request and we will respond promptly.
